My first “seventh generation” video game console was the Xbox 360. A couple years ago I also bought a PlayStation 3, but that purchase was primarily for the Blu-ray player — I still game primarily on the 360. Though I may not have the biggest Gamerscore in the world, after playing regularly for several years it’s been steadily growing. If you’ve also been building up your Xbox Gamerscore for years, you might like to know that you can now get actual rewards for it.

How to Easily Increase Your Gamerscore with Video Game Pre-Orders
Video Game Pre-Order Madness is all about playing more video games for less. The good news is: the more video games you play, the easier it is to increase your Gamerscore.
Each Xbox 360 game is released with 1,000G of achievements (and an additional 750G of achievements through DLC). Playing a game to 100% completion will get you the most achievements per game, but it will take you a very long time.
An easier way is to increase your Gamerscore is to play more games. Most of the achievements in most games are unlocked towards the beginning of a title’s “game-span.” For instance, you can spend 20 hours per game unlocking half the achievements (500G) on four different games, or you can spend 80 hours on only one game unlocking all the achievements on that one game (1000G). In the first scenario, you will wind up with 2000G. In the second, you only get 1000G and the possibility of getting 750G more if you shell out some more cash and spend some more hours playing the same game.
With the Video Game Pre-Order Madness system, you can drastically increase the number of games you play while simultaneously decreasing the amount you have to pay for each game. Playing more games and getting more achievement points will allow you to quickly boost your Gamerscore and reach the MyAchievements Legend level.

Yeah but for instance getting every achievement is almost impossible unless your an achievement hunter that has the skill of MLG.
Right. So that’s why it’s a good plan to play more games.
